General Manager – Sheraton Poznań Hotel

 

Position Summary

Marriott International is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven General Manager to lead the Sheraton Poznań Hotel, a flagship property in one of Poland’s most important business and cultural hubs.

 

This role represents an opportunity to lead an established hotel through its next phase of performance, strengthening its position within the local market while elevating guest experience, associate engagement, and owner returns. The General Manager will act as the strategic business leader of the property, responsible for driving sustainable profitability, brand excellence, and long-term asset value.

 

About the Property

 

The Sheraton Poznań Hotel is a well-established upscale hotel located in the heart of the city, serving a diverse mix of corporate, conference, and leisure guests. With strong meeting and events capability, the hotel plays a key role in the local hospitality landscape and offers significant opportunity for continued commercial growth and repositioning.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Leadership:
    Drive overall hotel performance with full P&L accountability, delivering on revenue, GOP, and market share targets.
  • Commercial Strategy:
    Identify and execute opportunities to strengthen positioning across key segments (corporate, MICE, leisure), leveraging Marriott’s distribution and loyalty platforms.
  • Owner & Stakeholder Management:
    Build a trusted partnership with ownership through transparent communication, strategic alignment, and consistent delivery of results.
  • Brand & Guest Experience:
    Champion Sheraton brand standards, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience aligned with Marriott’s global expectations.
  • People Leadership:
    Inspire, develop, and retain a high-performing leadership team; foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and service excellence.
