Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

* Analyze monthly P&L and financial reports, identifying deviations from business plan goals and reporting findings to Owners Operations;

* Develop, implement and manage operational department goals; conduct daily management briefings on key activities:

– Ensure compliance with corporate audits, health and safety regulations and statutory requirement;

– Evaluate guest needs, guest mix and competitive positioning; recommend appropriate service and operational changes;

– Anticipate and address guest issues through proactive processes that promote satisfaction;

– Represent the Brand credibly to the market, guests and heartists; personally welcome key accounts and patrons;

– Maintain positive owner relations through appropriate and timely communications with the Owner’s representative;

Team Management:

* Manage team performance, conduct evaluations and address performance issues within operational departments;

* Train, develop and coach team members; identify and nurture high-potential staff for advancement;
