About the role:

As the Residence Beach House Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our Residents pool/beach and recreational facilities as well as the operation of the Restaurant. This includes ensuring safety standards are met, overseeing staff, maintaining pool equipment, managing schedules, and developing engaging recreational activities. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a passion for customer service and recreational management.

What you will do:

-Be part of the pre-opening team!

-Oversee the operation and maintenance of the pool, recreational areas, and related facilities.

-Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all pool and recreation users.

-Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to maintain high levels of productivity and guest satisfaction.

-Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including water quality standards, safety equipment, and emergency protocols.

-Manage pool scheduling for private events, group lessons, recreational programs, etc.

-Plan, organize, and lead recreational programs, events, and activities for guests or residents.

-Monitor and manage budgets for pool and recreation operations, including staffing and supplies.

-Manage inventory, ordering, and control costs to maximize profitability.

-Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.

-Supervise and support front-of-house and back-of-house staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
