We are looking for a skilled General Manager to manage ibis styles Gdansk AmberExpo – a new built modern franchise property with a themed design inspired by The Adventures of Captain Nemo. It offers 168 comfortable rooms and convenient access to the city center and the beach. The ibis Styles Gdansk AmberExpo forms an integral part of the AmberExpo exhibition center. It is an ideal choice for both business and leisure stays.
As General Manager, you will act as a brand ambassador, placing stakeholder engagement at the core of your leadership. You will be responsible for leading the pre-opening phase of the hotel, including developing the organizational structure, recruiting and onboarding the full team, and defining the operational strategy to ensure a successful launch and long-term performance. Your mission will require building strong relationships with owners, partners, guests, and the local community. Overseeing all daily operations, you will drive profitability, guest satisfaction, and market competitiveness. Through strong commercial acumen and hands-on leadership, you will inspire your team and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
