The Melia Paris Vendôme , a 4-star boutique hotel ideally located a stone’s throw from the famous Place Vendôme, is looking for its future talent as a GEX Agent on a work-study contract .

Under the supervision of the Head of Reception, he/she ensures that the client is well looked after (recognition, welcome and information) and ensures their satisfaction throughout their stay.
What will your responsibilities be?
• Greet guests and ensure they receive excellent service
• Prepare for the arrival and check-in of VIP guests
• Respond to guest requests, both before arrival (by phone and email) and throughout their stay
• Escort guests to their rooms when necessary and present the hotel’s various services
• Inform and advise guests on tourist activities in Paris and the surrounding region
• Make reservations for guests (taxis, restaurants, cultural outings, etc.)
• Follow up on and resolve guest complaints and ensure their satisfaction
• Respond to guest reviews (TripAdvisor, Booking, ReviewPro) and participate in their analysis
