Job Description

 

As a General Manager at Radisson Hotel Group, you are the orchestrator of exceptional experiences. Your role goes beyond executing the masterplan; it’s about balancing strategic focus on guest experience, revenue generation, and achieving commercial results.

  • You will balance executing and delivering the masterplan with a strategic focus on guest experience, revenue generation and achieving commercial results for our stakeholders.
  • You will work with Heads of Department to maximize business opportunities and brand reputation, as well as ensuring adherence to legislation, due diligence requirements and managing the hotel budget.
  • Reporting to the Regional Director, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the hotel.
  • As General Manager, you will join a team that is passionate about delivering incredible service where we believe that anything is possible, whilst having fun in all that we do!

 

Qualifications

 

  • Applicants must be able to speak French and relocate to Morocco.
  • Minimum 10–15 years of progressive hotel leadership experience, with at least 5 years as a General Manager within an upscale, luxury, or international branded hotel.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing full hotel operations, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Human Resources.
  • Strong commercial mindset with demonstrated success in driving RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, market share, and overall profitability.
  • Extensive experience managing multiple revenue streams, particularly Food & Beverage, events, weddings, and leisure-focused operations.
  • Experience working closely with hotel owners, asset managers, and corporate stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and delivering agreed business objectives.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing teams while fostering a culture of service excellence and accountability.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and capital expenditure planning.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to navigate a multicultural environment and effectively lead a diverse workforce.
  • Knowledge of the Moroccan hospitality market, tourism trends, and regional business landscape is preferred.
