Highflyer Consultants has the mandate to recruit a General Manager for a downtown hotel in Hyderabad.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned hotelier with strong Rooms Division expertise to lead operations, drive revenue growth, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Role Highlights

✨ Lead overall hotel operations with strong focus on Rooms Division (Front Office, Housekeeping, Reservations, Guest Services)
✨ Drive occupancy, ADR, RevPAR & guest satisfaction scores
✨ Mentor and motivate teams to deliver service excellence
✨ Ensure compliance with brand, safety & statutory standards
✨ Collaborate with management on strategic planning & growth

What We’re Looking For

✅ 10–12 years of hospitality experience (5+ in senior management)
✅ Strong background in Rooms Division operations (essential)
✅ Proven track record in revenue management & budgeting
✅ Excellent leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
✅ Familiarity with PMS, CRS & hotel tech platforms
