Golf Supervisor

Golf Supervisor

As a Golf Operations Supervisor with Fairmont Chateau Whistler, you will be an ambassador for our on-site championship golf course and our golf course colleagues. Your warm, personal attention provides a memorable experience for your colleagues and guests of our golf course, making them feel welcome and valued.

This is a full-time, seasonal position, beginning in April 2026, and ending in October 2026.

Starting Rate of Pay: $22.95 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation – hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $27.10.

Job Duties Include:

• Assist with training, coaching and supervising Golf Services Professionals and other golf course team members
• Ensure all standards are being met by Golf Services team
• Accountable for inventory of guest supplies and golf cart fleet
• Assist guests upon arrival to golf course, by providing a warm greeting and assisting with golf luggage
• Prepare, organize and clean golf cart fleet
• Ensure daily upkeep of practice facility
• Provide guest shuttles to and from hotel and/or practice facility

• Previous experience, 1-3 years, with hospitality or golf course industry is required
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License, with a clean record, is required
• Valid BC Class 4 Driver’s License (asset)
• Knowledge of the game of golf is required
