The ideal candidate will have 2 years of previous grill or broiler experience in a high volume restaurant environment. They should have strong knowledge of steak temperatures, grilling techniques, and proper food‑safety practices. This person thrives in a fast‑paced, upscale kitchen environment, maintains excellent attention to detail, and consistently delivers high‑quality, perfectly cooked dishes. A positive attitude, strong teamwork, and professional communication are essential to contributing to the elevated dining experience at Spencer’s Steak and Chops.
What will I be doing?
As a Grill Cook, you would be responsible for preparing, maintaining and monitoring quality control for hot food items in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability.
