What will your duties be?

  • Handle internal and external calls, emails and guest requests with professionalism and warmth.
  • Manage special requests, incidents, and follow up until their resolution.
  • Coordinate with the different departments of the hotel (Reception, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, etc.).
  • Provide information about hotel services, schedules, and local recommendations.
  • Register and update requests in the corresponding system.
  • Apply the quality, luxury and hospitality standards of the Gran Meliá brand.

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in Guest Service, Customer Service or Reception in 5★ or luxury hotels (valued).
  • High level of Spanish and English .
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of computer tools and PMS (desirable).
  • Flexible hours and availability for rotating shifts.
