At  Palacio de Sancti Petri a Gran Meliá we are looking for a Guest Service Line to join our team, who has good interpersonal and organizational skills and a clear customer focus, passion for hospitality, excellent interpersonal skills and a clear customer focus.

 

Mission :

 

To fulfill the daily operations of the department, attending to all customer requests and committing to achieving excellence in customer satisfaction.  

 

What will your main responsibilities be? 

 

  • To comply with the established customer service strategy, efficiently managing all guest requests and committing to achieving total guest satisfaction. 
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience by personalizing their stay, anticipating their needs, and exceeding their expectations 
  • Inform and offer customers services and products that meet their preferences, both at the hotel and at the destination, applying upselling and crossselling techniques to optimize the hotel’s extra income. 
  • Manage customer incidents, following established protocols 
  • Comply with the attributes, standards, and manuals that apply in your department. 
  • Efficiently use the different customer experience management tools, as well as understand the results of the Voice of the Customer, complying with the established improvement plans. 
  • Comply with the Sensory Architecture established for your area. 
  • Place orders for materials, following the established product guidelines, for the best optimization of economic resources. 

 

What are we looking for? 

 

  • Training in Tourism, Social Sciences, Public Relations, or similar.
  • Knowledge of hotel management tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the Guest Experience Department or another customer-facing department.
  • Languages: English and advanced German.
