About the role:

The Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Guest Experience Agent to join our Guest Experience team. Our Guest Experience Agents responds to wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guests’ needs and requests; adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies. Utilizes a variety of Four Seasons software to accurately track guest’s needs and preferences.

 

What you bring:

The qualified candidate will possess a passion for flawless service and the highest level of integrity and work ethic.

Qualifications include:

  • At least one year of experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Work authorization in the United States
