Meliá Hotels International is looking for its future talent as a Guest Experience Intern  (M/F)   for its two Parisian hotels, Member of Meliá Collection: Ville Marquis, a 5-star boutique hotel located a stone’s throw from the Eiffel Tower, and Maison Colbert, a 5-star boutique hotel ideally located near Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris.

Under the responsibility of the GEX manager, he/she ensures the proper care of the client (recognition, reception and information) and ensures their satisfaction throughout the duration of their stay.

What will your responsibilities be? 

• Greet the client and ensure they receive excellent service 
• Prepare for the arrival and check-in of VIP clients 
• Respond to client requests, both before (by phone and email) and throughout their stay 

• Accompany guests to their rooms when necessary and present the various services offered by the establishment. 
• Inform and advise guests on tourist activities in Paris and the surrounding region.
• Make reservations for guests (taxis, restaurants, cultural outings, etc.).
• Ensure the follow-up and resolution of guest complaints and guarantee their satisfaction.
• Respond to guest reviews (TripAdvisor, Booking, Review Pro) and participate in their analysis.
What is your profile? 

• Student pursuing a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Hospitality Management
• Fluency in English. Spanish is an asset. 
• Proficient in office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint 
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the city of Paris and the main French tourist attractions
