Guest Experience Maker

  • Apply Six Senses’ vision, values, and brand standards.
  • Coordinate transfers and welcome guests with drinks/towels.
  • Gather vouchers, laundry items, and guest preferences.
  • Input guest data, verify registration, and handle requests.
  • Arrange meals, activities, and payments.
  • Manage room service, IT support, and maintenance.
  • Assist with spa bookings and emergency protocols.
  • Prepare bills, confirm transport, and arrange luggage pickup.
  • Collect feedback, update guest history, and monitor guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain equipment, attend meetings, and resolve complaints.
  • Provide valet, safety services, and adhere to grooming standards.
  • Stay informed on events, promotions, and resort knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Software platforms.
  • Basic food and beverage service including kitchen skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of guest related functions and guest service.
  • Strong team mentality, and willingness to be of assistance as required.
  • Very good command over written and spoken English.
  • A second language is strongly preferred.
  • Exellent communication skill.
  • Well verse with Hotel organization.
  • Previous experience in a service, work-related role is a plus.
