Four Seasons Hotel Miami is an urban oasis nestled in the residential side of Brickell surrounded by Miami’s favorite neighborhoods. The Hotel offers a relaxing two-acre pool terrace, Equinox Fitness Center & Spa, multi-million dollar art collection, an award winning steakhouse – EDGE Steak & Bar, and connects guests to Miami’s most alluring and vibrant destinations recommended by in-house experts.
The Opportunity
Selling hotel guest rooms, arranging details of guest reservations with a high degree of accuracy and personalization. Answers and directs phone calls, pages, radio requests and faxes in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies. Clear suspended profiles, run reports on duplicate profile and merge, run report for global notes submitted and reject/approve, audit incorrect merges, name change and address collection and follow up with required training. Maintain historical information and maintain reports that evaluate revenue management performance including source of business, booking pace and geographical analysis. Prepare Sales Month End Reports and statistical account production reports using Golden. Completes administrative and verification tasks related to guest reservations, employee reservations, call volume, and revenue tracking. Coordinates work with and assists other members of the ResCom, Front Desk, Finance, and Sales and Marketing teams.
