Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Buckhead is searching for a full-time Guest Service Agent to join their team!
This beautiful property has 326 suites and is in the Buckhead fashion district between Lenox Mall, Phipps Plaza, and The Shoppes at Buckhead – just blocks from a MARTA rail station!
The ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate a strong passion for others, possess excellent communication skills, maintain open availability, and have a minimum of 1-2 years of front desk experience. OnQ experience is highly preferred.
Shift Pattern: Full-Time / Full availability is required, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Pay Rate: $15.75 per hour

What will I be doing?
As a Guest Services Agent, you would be responsible for greeting and registering guests and checking guests out of the hotel in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
