職務内容
Guest Service Agentは宿泊部フロントオフィスのチームに所属し、ホテル最上階３８階のフロントにてご宿泊されるお客様のチェックイン・チェックアウトを行い、お客様が快適にホテルでお過ごし頂けるよう様々なリクエストにもご対応頂きます。
お客様がどのような目的でホテルにご滞在されるのか、どのようなお好みをお持ちなのかなどの情報を、ご予約をお受けした際やご到着後のお客様との会話から引き出し、お一人おひとりに合ったきめ細やかなおもてなしを提供することを日々心掛けています。
Fluentレベルの日本語と英語の両方のスキルが必要です。
