JOB DESCRIPTION
The iconic Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor is seeking a full-time Guest Service Agent to join their front desk team! This 757-room property is located next to Oriole Park at Camden Yards. Inner Harbor’s museums, the National Aquarium, and connected to Baltimore Convention Center via skywalk!
Ideal candidates for this position will have previous hotel front desk experience (ideally at a property of comparable size and of Hilton brand), but all candidates should have a passion for curating exceptional guest experiences and an excellent command of computer/phone technology!
Shift Pattern: candidates should be available to work flexible shifts between the hours of 7 am and 11 pm, weekdays/weekends/holidays as needed
Pay Rate: $20.85 per hour, plus potential for incentives/upsells
