The ideal candidate will have:
Shift Pattern: Varied (Union Role) – AM PM Overnight Open availability required including weekdays, weeknights, weekends and holidays; shifts will be dependent on business levels and seniority scheduling.
Pay Rate: $24.98 – $27.75
What will I be doing?
A Guest Services Agent is responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing prompt and courteous service. Checks guests out of the hotel. Resolves guest challenges throughout their stay in our hotel . Upgrades guests, as required. Promotes hotel services, amenities and upsells products to the guests.
