The Hilton Cabana Miami Beach Resort is looking for a Guest Service Agent to join their Front Office team! The hotel has 231 newly renovated guest rooms overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with direct access to the beach. This individual will be working both AM/PM and overnight shifts.
Ideal candidate has previous front desk hotel experience. Seeking someone who can multi-task and thrives in a high volume environment. OnQ experience preferred.
Shift Pattern: variable but typical shifts are from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am. Weekend/holiday availability required.
Pay Range: $17.50 per hour

What will I be doing?
As a Guest Services Agent, you would be responsible for greeting and registering guests and checking guests out of the hotel in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
