Votre rôle :
Rattaché à la Responsable des Réservations, vous occuperez une fonction centrale dans la gestion des communications de l’hôtel et l’accompagnement de nos hôtes avant, pendant et après leur séjour.
Véritable Ambassadeur de notre Palace, vous serez le premier point de contact de nombreux clients et partenaires. Grâce à votre sens du service et à votre excellente communication, vous contribuerez à créer une expérience fluide, personnalisée et mémorable, en assurant le suivi des demandes reçues par téléphone ou via le Chat Four Seasons.
Votre mission : offrir un accueil d’excellence à chaque interaction, anticiper les besoins de nos clients et garantir une communication efficace entre les différents services de l’établissement.
