Position Summary

In this role, you will assist with running the Spa operations in a smooth, professional manner by providing guests and team members with excellent and warmth hospitality at all times, ensuring that treatments are correctly and appropriately booked. You are to deliver different a variety of treatments (body, facial, massage, waxing, and manicure/pedicure) in a safe and comfortable manner.

What will you be doing?

As the Spa Therapist /Hair Dresser, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Profitability

• Develops an operational strategy that is aligned with the brand’s business strategy and leads its execution
• Facilitates the preparation of hotel budgets and forecasts for corporate submission and approvals
• Ensures capital expenditure funds are being used to address the priorities outlined in the service strategy.
• Ensures accurate forecasting, predicting potential highs and lows in business and initiate necessary changes, analyses variances and initiate appropriate action plans

Spa Operations

• Provides professional treatments including massage, facial treatment, body treatment, waxing, hair cut & hair ritual in a sensitive and personalized manner determines guest needs and preferences by asking pertinent questions
