REMEMBER: Before applying, you must inform your direct supervisor and/or Hotel Director, and your HR manager of your interest in participating in the internal selection process. Your line manager will not have the authority to authorize or halt your application, but must be properly informed.

Your Task:

• Daily inspection of all areas of the hotel such as the back office and public areas and then carrying out repair work if necessary
• Cleaning of outdoor areas and general maintenance (roofs, walkways, parking garage)
• Ensuring compliance with Meliá Hotels International standards in the area of maintenance
• Maintaining and checking the functionality of all mechanical and electrical systems
• a. Heating system and associated systems and controls
• b. Ventilation and air conditioning systems and their controls
• Kitchen equipment and appliances
• All lighting
• Audio / visual equipment
• Telephone / IT equipment
• Hotel facilities, furniture, TV equipment
• Energy cost management and optimization
• Compliance with occupational health and safety legislation to ensure safe and healthy working conditions
• Compliance with fire safety regulations to ensure safe hotel operations

Your Profil:

• You have a high level of motivation and the ability to transfer this to the team
• Enjoy dealing with guests
• Enjoy teamwork
• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
• You speak business fluent German
• At least a small E-license

Good manners and a well-groomed appearance are just as important to you as team spirit and commitment.
