We are looking for a Head Sommelier (M/F) for our gourmet restaurant “Les Loges”. If you are passionate about the world of wine and fine dining, this position is for you! As a professional sommelier, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional wine experience to our guests, offering expert advice and ensuring high-quality service in an upscale environment. You will actively contribute to enhancing our wine list and ensuring the satisfaction of our discerning clientele. If you have a genuine passion for wine and customer service, and are looking to grow within a dynamic environment, this position is for you.
Responsibilities
You have significant experience as a sommelier or in a similar role, where you have developed excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, and food pairings. You possess a strong sense of customer service, a polished appearance, and the ability to build friendly relationships with customers. Proficiency in front-of-house service, including serving and cash handling, is essential. Knowledge of food safety standards is also required. You are passionate about your work, dynamic, and possess excellent attention to detail. The ability to work effectively as part of a team in a demanding environment will be a major asset for success in this position.
