As a Head Waiter at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, we expect from you:
·Become an expert on the menu and have a passion for Food & Beverage and service.
·You will serve the restaurant and support the bar team when needed.
·Build up rapport with guests and deliver an unforgettable and enchanting experience for our guests
·Ensure all orders, issuing of bills and payments are taken correctly
As a Head Waiter, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary but are mainly evening or late-night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
To be a successful Head Waiter candidate, you will ideally have previous Head Waiter experience in a high standard hospitality establishment.
