As a Host at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:
As a Host, you will be working Monday to Sunday, 48-50 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning to evening (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
To be a successful Host candidate, you will have great fluency in English and have previous Host experience in a high standard hospitality establishment but a minimum of a Customer Service experience in a luxury environment.
