What you will be doing:

• Ensure smooth operation of the Restaurant
• Greet and seat guests
• Provide concierge service to guests
• Other duties as assigned

Your experience and skills include:

• A minimum of one (1) year recent experience (in the last five years) as a server or host in an “a la carte” dining setting in an upscale, high volume restaurant “Serving It Right” and “Food Safe” Certification
• Impeccable grooming and presentation
• Completely fluent English language skills, both written and verbal
• Clear, precise, professional and helpful telephone manner
• Knowledge of organizing reservations and service flows
• Driven and focused on maximizing capacities
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritise
