F&B Hostess is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming first impression for guests by greeting, seating, and assisting them throughout their dining experience. The Hostess ensures smooth restaurant operations by managing reservations, coordinating table assignments, and maintaining effective communication with the service team to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction

• Welcome all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and table allocations efficiently.
• Respond to guest inquiries regarding menus, operating hours, and restaurant facilities.
• Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager and service team to optimize table turnover.
• Answer telephone calls professionally and manage dining reservations.
• Liaise with the kitchen and service team regarding VIP arrivals, special requests, dietary requirements, and celebrations.
• Communicate guest preferences to the service team to enhance the dining experience
• Support colleagues during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all Food Safety Management System (FSMS) requirements.
• Comply with company grooming standards and uniform policy.
• Adhere to workplace health and safety procedures.
