We’re looking for a professional and enthusiastic Hostess to join our hospitality team in Baghdad, Iraq. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere while managing front-of-house operations with excellence. As a Hostess, you will greet guests with genuine warmth, manage reservations efficiently, and coordinate seamlessly with our team to ensure every guest receives exceptional service and a memorable experience.

• Greet guests with genuine warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our organization’s commitment to hospitality excellence
• Manage reservation systems and optimize table assignments to maximize seating efficiency while ensuring guest satisfaction
• Handle phone inquiries, manage waitlists, and coordinate guest flow throughout service periods with attention to detail
• Assist guests with inquiries and concerns using empathy and problem-solving skills, resolving issues promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with management, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, special requests, and guest preferences to enhance personalized service
• Monitor and uphold cleanliness and organization standards at the host stand and entrance areas
• Assist with special events, private dining arrangements, and group reservations as needed
• Support team members in a collaborative manner, contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment

• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Professional demeanor with a friendly and empathetic approach to guest interactions
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in English; Arabic language proficiency is highly desirable for the Baghdad location
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to customize guest experiences based on individual preferences
