Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading with purpose? Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Hotel Assistant Manager to join our Front Office team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a world-renowned luxury brand and play a key role in shaping the guest journey.

 

About the Role:
As a Hotel Assistant Manager, you will support the Front Office Manager in overseeing all aspects of Front Office operations, including the overnight shift. You will lead a diverse and dynamic team, ensuring that every guest receives warm, personalized service that reflects the Four Seasons standard of excellence. You will also participate in the hotel’s Duty Manager Program, acting as the senior leader on property during your shift.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Supervise and support the daily operations of the Front Desk, Concierge, and Guest Services teams
  • Ensure a seamless and welcoming arrival and departure experience for all guests
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver consistently high levels of service
  • Oversee the overnight shift and ensure smooth handovers between day and night operations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly and efficiently
  • Uphold health, safety, and security standards across the property

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a luxury hotel environment
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a hands-on, guest-focused approach
  • Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken and written English
  • A calm and confident presence when managing guest concerns or operational challenges
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Immaculate personal presentation and a genuine passion for hospitality
