Do you have a knack for customer service, especially in the hotel industry? Have you ever dreamed of working in an Accor-branded property? You’ll need two years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within a branded property and have an approachable, outgoing personality.

From managing reception to being hands-on in the bar, restaurant, and conference facilities, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring our guests have an amazing time at ibis Styles Gatwick Airport. And let’s not forget, you’ll also get to play the role of Duty Manager during your shifts as well as helping your GM with some admin tasks.
