Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

Crafting Unforgettable Guest Experiences
Mastering the Art of Hospitality
Empowering Teams and Driving Collaboration
Meticulous Administration and Financial Oversight
Championing Sales and Market Engagement
Talent and Culture Stewardship

Salary: £13.62 per hour

Contract type: Full time/permanent

Qualifications

Passionate about guests
Delivering great service
Strong level of knowledge and experience across the operations on similar hotel.
Hands-on approach, is organised and supportive of your team.
Take initiative
Reactive to situations as they arise
Results-driven
You must have 2+ years experience in a hotel role
You must have supervisor experience of 1+ year
Must have the right to work in the UK
