The Hilton Waikoloa Village is looking for Guest Request Runner to join their team!

• Classification:  Full Time
• Shifts:  shift varies from 5:00 am to 2:00 am, weekends and holidays are required
• Hourly pay range:  $21.31 to $23.68

 What will I be doing?

As a Housekeeping Guest Request Runner, you would be responsible for delivering housekeeping items in response to guest requests in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Retrieve, clean, shine and return guest shoes.
• Prepare rollaway and cribs and return them to designated storage areas.
• Assist in maintaining housekeeping storerooms, closets and offices.
• Pick up and deliver faxes and messages from Communications/PBX.
• Polish brass, as needed.
• Greet guests in a friendly manner.
