Job Description

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in ibis Hotel Amman, Jordan. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in our hotel. This position requires a professional who can effectively lead a team, manage daily operations, and ensure exceptional service delivery.

  • Oversee and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms and public areas meet our high cleanliness standards
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain quality standards
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain par levels for housekeeping materials
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction
  • Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Implement and maintain safety and security procedures within the housekeeping department
  • Assist in creating work schedules and assigning tasks to team members
  • Participate in the recruitment and evaluation of housekeeping staff
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and industry standards
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative housekeeping practices
