Located in the centre of Cairns, our hotel features 324 guest rooms, vibrant dining spaces, and busy event areas – so no two days are the same. We’re currently looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor who enjoys leading by example and keeping standards high.

Delivering a 5-Star Experience Every Step of the Way
In this leadership role, you’ll support the Executive Housekeeper with daily inspections, ensuring our high brand standards are consistently upheld. Your attention to detail will be key in maintaining the highest level of quality.
You’ll supervise the Housekeeping team, assist with onboarding, manage cleaning materials and equipment, and drive productivity improvements. Additionally, you’ll assist with staff rosters, contribute to recruitment, and support training initiatives. By coaching and empowering team members, you’ll foster growth, engagement, and excellence.
