1. Time Attendance & Employee Information Management
•    Record and manage attendance on the Cadena system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
•    Create new employee profiles and update employee information on Cadena; monitor data status regularly.
2. Leave, Overtime & Meal Allowances
•    Manage and track employee compensatory leave and overtime; reconcile data with payroll.
•    Compile and prepare the monthly meal allowance report for all employees.
3. Employee Records & Termination
•    Monitor employee resignation paperwork, draft and issue termination decisions.
•    Maintain and archive personnel files, labor contracts, and contract appendices in compliance with company regulations.
4. Payroll, Social Insurance & Tax
•    Assist in reviewing monthly payroll, allowances, overtime, and leave data.
•    Support the preparation of documents for social insurance (SI) registration/termination and personal income tax (PIT) when required.
5. Reports & Other Support
•    Prepare regular HR reports and other reports as assigned by the supervisor.
•    Perform other C&B-related tasks as assigned.

1. Chấm công & quản lý thông tin nhân viên
•    Thực hiện chấm công trên hệ thống Cadena, đảm bảo dữ liệu chính xác và đầy đủ.
•    Nhập mới và cập nhật thông tin nhân viên trên Cadena; theo dõi tình trạng dữ liệu thường xuyên.
2. Nghỉ phép, Tăng ca & Suất ăn
•    Quản lý và theo dõi tình trạng nghỉ phép bù, tăng ca của nhân viên; đối chiếu dữ liệu với bảng lương.
•    Tổng hợp và lập báo cáo suất ăn hàng tháng cho toàn bộ nhân viên.
3. Hồ sơ lao động & Nghỉ việc
•    Theo dõi giấy tờ nghỉ việc của nhân viên, soạn thảo và ban hành quyết định nghỉ việc.
•    Lưu trữ hồ sơ nhân sự, hợp đồng, phụ lục hợp đồng đầy đủ và đúng quy định.
4. Tính lương & BHXH – Thuế
•    Hỗ trợ kiểm tra bảng lương hàng tháng, phụ cấp, tăng ca, nghỉ phép.
•    Hỗ trợ chuẩn bị hồ sơ báo tăng/giảm BHXH và chứng từ thuế TNCN khi cần.
5. Báo cáo & Hỗ trợ khác
•    Chuẩn bị báo cáo nhân sự định kỳ và các báo cáo khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.
