Het Radisson Blu Hotel Amsterdam Airport is een dynamisch en internationaal viersterrenhotel met 281 hotelkamers, 19 vergaderzalen en twee restaurants: Nomad en Haven. Het hotel verwelkomt zowel zakelijke als leisuregasten en speelt een belangrijke rol in de Schipholregio.
Als HR Manager heb je nauw en persoonlijk contact met alle medewerkers. Je kent ieders achtergrond, begrijpt wat er speelt op de werkvloer en bent een zichtbaar en benaderbaar aanspreekpunt binnen het hotel. In deze rol word je echt onderdeel van de Radisson Blu-familie en draag je actief bij aan een warme, inclusieve en betrokken werkomgeving.
Ons team bestaat uit ongeveer 65 medewerkers op de eigen loonlijst van het hotel, afkomstig uit 25 verschillende nationaliteiten. Wat ons team bijzonder maakt, is de sterke balans tussen ervaring en vernieuwing. Sommige collega’s werken al sinds de opening van het hotel, 26 jaar geleden, terwijl anderen zich recent hebben aangesloten. Daarnaast werken er zowel hospitality professionals als collega’s met een achtergrond buiten de hotellerie, wat zorgt voor frisse perspectieven, sterke kennisdeling en een dynamische teamcultuur.
