Job mission:  To support the area by following the policies and procedures of Meliá Hotels International, with the aim of supporting employees in their development and growth.

What are you going to learn?

• Template tracking.
• Selection Techniques.
• Performs the identification of internship needs, searches for local schools and universities to recruit students, and handles the necessary procedures for signing collaboration agreements with partner schools, and monitors student progress (conducts follow-up interviews).
• Perform the welcome, follow up and support the internship tutor in the evaluation of the students.
• Supports the development of the Hotel’s annual Training Plan in collaboration with its HR Partner or HR CO, as appropriate.
• It ensures and supports the Department Heads in the implementation of department procedures and coordinates the process of identifying training needs for all Hotel staff.
• Conducts telephone surveys of candidates with the required profile, interviews, and candidate feedback reports.
• Performs follow-up, maintenance actions and improvements to the Climate Action Plan carried out by the Department Heads.

What are we looking for?

• Training related to tourism or hospitality. Currently studying or able to apply for internships through agreements.
• Advanced English.
• Motivation and a desire to learn.
• Creativity and communication skills.
