Senior Housekeeping Manager – Riyadh

Position: Senior Housekeeping Manager
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary: ≈$6,000/month DOE + incentives/tips

Role Summary:
A UHNW client in Riyadh is seeking a highly capable Senior Housekeeping Manager to lead housekeeping operations across a large, fully staffed private residence. This role requires exceptional leadership, operational knowledge, and a deep understanding of luxury service standards, preferably within royal or high-level VIP homes in the GCC.

Responsibilities:
– Managing a team of ≈50 housekeeping staff
– Recruitment, training, and supervision of domestic staff in coordination with the family’s HR team
– Creating and maintaining detailed staff rotas, schedules, and performance records
– Coordinating events, guest visits, and daily household logistics to ensure seamless service delivery
– Monitoring household budgets, managing supplier relationships, and overseeing procurement of household goods
– Ensuring security protocols and privacy standards are upheld at all times
– Regular reporting to designated Chief of Staff on household performance
– Implementing international SOPs while respecting local customs and traditions

Qualifications and Skills:
– Fluent in English & Arabic
– Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role for UHNW or royal families in the Middle East
– Excellent leadership and delegation skills; confident managing large, multicultural teams
– Culturally aware, emotionally intelligent, and highly discreet
– Able to work long hours with a flexible, hands-on attitude

The role is full-time, based in Riyadh with long-term prospects. Candidates should be hard-working, resilient, and committed to excellence in service delivery.

This person would also be the understudy to the existing Palace Manager and trained in this role for the future.
