Human Resources Coordinator

What will I be doing?

The Human Resources Coordinator coordinates and implements department activities and projects, as assigned. Provides support and assistance to HR Manager. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Maintain communication with departments involved in the assigned project/activity
• Manage payroll administration and payroll associated tasks
• Run Orientation, Health & Safety and Make It Right training
• Answer team members requests
• Create a welcoming environment in the Human Resources department
• Assist in driving CARE culture, where team members can thrive
• Follow and know emergency procedures as needed
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Develop and maintain great working relationship with all team members
