Human Resources Coordinator

Join our HR team at the Amsterdam Marriott Hotel as an HR Coordinator, where you’ll gain hands-on experience across all areas of HR—from recruitment and onboarding to associate relations and learning & development.

What you’ll do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for associates with HR-related questions, helping to maintain strong associate relations.
  • Provide administrative support across all HR functions, including maintaining employee records and updating the payroll system.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating TakeCare activities and other internal events to support associate well-being and engagement.
  • Support the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a smooth and welcoming start.
  • Assist in preparing HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports.
  • Assist in the L&D side. Both in class as administrative.
  • Once familiar with core administrative tasks, support recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and posting vacancies.
  • Contribute to internal communication efforts, including newsletters, digital updates, and town hall preparations.
