Join our close-knit HR team at the Amsterdam Marriott Hotel as an HR Intern, where you’ll gain hands-on experience across all areas of HR—from recruitment and onboarding to associate relations and learning & development.
During your internship, you will primarily focus on the administrative side of HR, supporting daily operations such as maintaining personnel files, preparing contracts, updating systems, and assisting with reporting. Once you’ve mastered these core tasks, you’ll have the opportunity to take on more responsibilities in areas like recruitment and L&D initiatives, contributing to the full employee experience.
You’ll be part of a supportive team that values collaboration, development, and a positive work culture. This internship reports directly to the Director of Human Resources.
