JOB SUMMARY
To assist the department in maintaining positive and professional relationships with all our stakeholders. Provide a consistent high standard of administration support to the Human Resources Department to deliver achievement of the business goals and strategies. Position works with HR team to carry out the daily activities of the Human Resources Office including recruitment, associate relations and general administration. Focuses on delivering HR services that meet or exceed the needs of the business and enable business success; ensures compliance with legislation and Marriott International operating procedures.
