The ideal candidate will posses:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (able to write, speak, and translate fluently in Spanish) is essential for the role.
• One year of previous of human resource experience is required.
• Working knowledge/experience with workers comp and LOA.
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Previous hotel and union experience is preferred.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, weekend availability as needed
The yearly salary:  $75,000 to $85,000
