In Room Dining Supervisor

As an In-Room Dining Supervisor, you will lead and support the In-Room Dining team in delivering exceptional, personalized service directly to our guests’ rooms. You will ensure seamless operations, uphold Forbes 5-Star standards, and create memorable dining experiences that reflect the luxury and excellence of Fairmont Pacific Rim.

What you will be doing:

• Supervise the daily operations of In-Room Dining, ensuring service excellence at all times
• Lead, coach, and support the team to deliver Forbes 5-Star service standards
• Ensure all orders are prepared, delivered, and presented accurately and on time
• Monitor quality, presentation, and consistency of all food and beverage items
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
• Coordinate closely with Culinary, Stewarding, and Front Office teams to ensure seamless service
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and support training and development of colleagues
