About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Munich the Internship Trainee is responsible for the day-to-day support in our F&B operations.

As Internship Trainee, you will responsible for the following duties:

• Assist in daily operations of restaurants and/or banqueting services
• Support service teams in delivering high-quality guest experiences
• Interact professionally and courteously with guests
• Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless operations
• Ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction by anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to requests
• Independently managing operations during assigned shifts
• Ensuring compliance with all Mandarin Oriental and HACCP standards
