We’re looking for a confident and proactive Junior People Advisor to join our People team at Ennismore, supporting our teams at Home Base throughout their journey with us.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves the detail and getting things done, but also wants to grow their experience in employee relations and advising managers. One day you might be welcoming a new starter or preparing payroll changes, and the next you could be supporting a manager with a people query or helping bring an engagement initiative to life.
Our People team are a creative and ambitious bunch. We work hard, support each other and get stuck into all sorts of projects across the employee journey. If you enjoy building relationships, keeping things moving and helping people have a great experience at work, we’d love to hear from you.
