• Assist in presenting, recommending, and serving wines, sakes, and other beverages with confidence and professionalism.
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and guide them in choosing the ideal beverage pairing for their meal.
• Provide accurate and passionate explanations of wine, sake, and Japanese beverage offerings.
• Ensure wine and sake are served at the appropriate temperature and with correct glassware.
• Collaborate closely with the service and culinary teams to coordinate pairing service.
