We’re currently seeking a Junior Sous Chef who shares our passion for exquisite cuisine and culinary innovation to join our dynamic team on a Full-Time basis.

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with the Head Chef to oversee daily food preparation, menu creation, and implementation.
• Supervise service teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain stringent stock control procedures to minimize wastage.
• Foster clear communication with the restaurant team regarding menu updates and changes.
• Uphold impeccable standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in all operational areas.
• Strong understanding of food safety standards and HACCP.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with additional languages being a plus.
• Flexibility in work availability, including weekends and public holidays.
• Full-time work rights in Australia are mandatory.
