About the location:

A rare gem on Florida’s Gulf Coast of Southwest Florida, Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is an exclusive collection of 156 luxurious beachfront private residences and a 222-room hotel all within a 125-acre walkable coastal village in the heart of Old Naples. Honoring local heritage and artfully reimagined for modern-day elegance, the resort includes residents-only facilities and amenities, a luxury spa and state-of-the-art well-being/fitness center, exquisite and diverse fine dining outlets, outdoor pursuits to include a tennis center, and an 18-hole golf course, bowling and movie theater experiences, and an exclusive private club. The first of its kind, the Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is paradise found.

 

 

About the role:

**This role will not be onboarded until August 1, 2025**

The Kid’s Club Manager (Kids For All Seasons) will be responsible for facilitating and managing all children’s programs and facility operations. The Kid’s Club Manager (Kids For All Seasons) will oversee all staff for the Kid’s Club area and be responsible for ensuring the program is operated to a defined standard of quality. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a passion for customer service and recreational management.

 

What you will do:

-Be part of the pre-opening team!

-Oversee the operation and maintenance of the Kids For All Seasons recreational areas, equipment, and related facilities.

-Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all KFAS staff and guests.

-Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to maintain high levels of productivity and guest satisfaction.

-Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including quality standards, safety equipment, and emergency protocols.

-Manage schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels for efficient operation of the KFAS program, private events, group lessons, recreational programming, etc.

-Plan, organize, and lead children’s programs, events, and activities for guests and groups.

-Monitor and manage budgets for KFAS operations, including staffing and supplies.

-Manage inventory, ordering, and control costs to maximize profitability.

-Assist in overseeing daily outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures.

-Supervise and support staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards

-Support the creation and quality assurance of daily service sequences through adherence to daily check lists and hands-on coaching.

-Actively support the development of team members through training, mentorship, and leadership. Lead department meetings.

-Ensure KFAS database is maintained and notes added for all participants.

-Handles all resident interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism – accommodates special requests whenever possible; resolves resident complaints; assists residents in all inquiries. Responds to all resident requests in an accurate and timely manner, making recommendations based on local knowledge and residence protocol.
