Job Mission:  Participates in the preparation/regeneration and presentation of food produced in the assigned kitchen, through the efficient performance of duties, complying at all times with the quality standards and recipes established for each of the dishes requested, paying special attention to creativity, composition, seasoning and presentation to ensure the satisfaction of guests and customers, obtaining their recognition and preference for the Hotel’s food.

What will I have to do?

  • Participate with a certain degree of autonomy and responsibility in kitchen preparations under the supervision of your superior.
  • Perform basic preparations, as well as any other related to the culinary preparations that are entrusted to you.
  • I will prepare the finishing touches on the dishes for which I have received appropriate training.
  • Maintain order and organization of the chambers and refrigerators in your area of ​​operation, for the proper use of the products.
  • Verify that you have all the necessary equipment and products to perform your tasks, handling them properly to avoid waste and losses.
  • Ensure that you perform all assigned tasks and productions requested by your immediate supervisor efficiently and on time, complying with the required specifications and established procedures.
  • Handle all operating equipment with extreme caution during transport to avoid accidents, spills or breakage, complying at all times with safety regulations.
  • Comply with the cleaning and hygiene procedures and standards in the performance of your duties, ensuring the quality and reliability of the food that is prepared.
  • Ensure that the products used in the preparations meet the standards of quality, quantity and performance, reporting any anomalies or deviations to your immediate supervisor.
  • Immediately inform your superior of any setback that occurs during the performance of your duties and that may affect the service.
  • Execute all instructions and tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor, as well as the responsibilities required by the position.
  • Comply with the HACCP criteria established by the company.
