Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour is preparing to launch Flaminia, our new signature restaurant overlooking the iconic Circular Quay. Created in collaboration with the acclaimed Pilu restaurant, Flaminia will showcase refined Italian dining with a contemporary Australian influence — bringing craftsmanship, regional authenticity, and modern elegance to the harbourfront.

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to support our culinary team as we prepare for this exciting restaurant opening. In this role, you will assist with essential kitchen operations, maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and efficiency to ensure our chefs can deliver an exceptional dining experience.
