Kitchen & Laundry Technician

We are currently seeking a Kitchen & Laundry Technician to join our vibrant team. At Radisson Blu Hotel Ajman, we are in search of individuals who go beyond the resume – those with character, skills, talents, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on kitchen and laundry equipment (e.g., ovens, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, steam presses).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines during repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and spare parts inventory.
• Coordinate with the Engineering team for scheduled servicing and emergency repairs.
• Respond quickly to guest and operational requests related to kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Assist in energy-saving initiatives and equipment optimization.

• Min. 2 years experience in a similar role in a five-star Hotel brand
• Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of safety procedures.
• Able to communicate in English
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
