The Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is looking for a talented Kitchen Supervisor to help lead their culinary team! Located within walking distance to Disney Springs, this hotel has over 1,000 rooms, 92,000 square feet of banquet space, and six (6) food and beverage outlets. This includes a restaurant, lobby bar, sports bar, pool restaurant, grab and go marketplace, and in-room dining.
In this role, you will assist the Senior Sous Chef in overseeing all culinary operations for one kitchen servicing three (3) outlets: the full-service restaurant Letterpress, the lobby bar Sunnies, and in-room dining. You will manage a team of up to 10 union team members per shift, with expected covers between 200-500 per shift.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Kitchen Supervisor experience, excellent attention to detail, a positive attitude, the ability to work quickly and efficiently and have a genuine passion for service.
Shift Pattern: Full Availability. Candidates will work rotating shifts throughout the week including weekend and holidays.
Pay Rate: $26.88 per hour
